The Fox Theater used to be a big deal when it was built in 1925. In the later 20th century though it fell into disrepair and remained dormant, up until the last few years.
Currently, it is the focus of a fundraising and restoration effort spearheaded by the Fullerton Historic Foundation
As with most old (and abandoned even!) theaters, this one has its fair share of the spookies.
Some examples would be a person claiming to have been grabbed by the shoulder, of course, only to find that nobody was there when he looked and another instance is a mysterious floral scent in or around the stage.
